I am stoked. One of my Flicker photos was included (with my permission) in an online guide to Reno. We were up there a couple of Septembers ago for the Great Reno Balloon Race and I took a bunch of pictures. It's an amazing event to see. It starts before dawn and attracts a huge crowd from all over the world. Then it ends. Sarah won $700 playing the nickel slots that day as well. Generally a pretty good day.
Not that I have a great desire to be known as an expert on the attractions of Reno, but it's nice to see someone pick up my stuff for attribution. Who knows, this could lead to a great career. I could quit my job in the fortune cookie factory, build a studio and start to really experience art for its own sake. Fortune and fame await!
